I had the same curiosity a few months ago. Win Cards is a package that you can get at some casinos. I have never actually gotten one so I do not know everything that would be in the packet. Besides, it probably varies from casino to casino. What I do know is that there will be Win Cards in the packet. These are cards similar to the cards you get in most gift shops that tell you how to play the games. I think they are Roulette, Blackjack and Craps. Some packets will also include chips which you can use to help you get familiar with the game. You go to the promotions or slot club booth and get a voucher for the package. You usually have to be a member of the slot club to get one. Take the voucher to the cage and pay $10. They will give you the package with $15 worth of chips. Some casinos will give you a choice of $1 or $5 chips. You would get 15 ones or 3 fives. You then bet the chips at the tables. If you win they give you real chips. If you loose they take the chip.

As I said, I have never gotten one. I tried on my last trip, right after the convention. Didn't get there in time for all the fun. I went to Aladdin but they had suspended the program since they had run out of chips. They voided my voucher so that I can get them next time I am in town. Some casinos will only allow you to get one set of Win Cards in a lifetime. Others, I hear, limit you to one per year etc. If you are interested, there are many casinos that use these packages.
