Jill, I think it is GREAT that you would stand up and be counted for a fellow chip collector. People with character such as yours is rare, and I feel that Bruce and Donna are lucky to have a friend such as you.
Although I firmly believe in our "free enterprise" system, I have to admit there are times it breaks my heart to see people get cornered into paying inflated prices because of a monopoly on the market. It was stated in another post, "If you don't like the price, don't bid on the item" In my perception this is a trite platitude. What's wrong, in my opinion, is to inflate prices based on a few who would get preferential treatment at the Casino. Sure, Business is Business and the strong will survive, right? How refreshing to have people like Bruce, Donna, Yourself and so many others who don't always look at the maximum dollars they can make on an item.
