The chip is for the combination of the Orleans Open and the TOC. The back of the chips starting in year 3 shows the TOC logo (not scanned). Hopefully they will put out one for this year as well.

Russ, don't underestimate these guys, they all won tourneys to get there. It is a tough couple of days (yes days).
