Weird. It should bring up a java applet that you navigate. Then when you select one, it places the chip image in an inline frame. I know that the iframe doesnt work in Navigator but it will bring up the chip in a new window. I will try it again in NS4. I would guess it is a java problem. I will figure that one out.
