Comcast Corporation has made an $85 million dollar hostile bid to take over AT&T Broadband and even though executives at AT&T Corp. have said NO it looks like it may end up in the hands of the AT&T Broadband shareholders and AT&T may lose the Broadband business right from under their feet.
