Ok first I would like to point out that I am brand new at casino chip collecting so please be gentle! While I was reading this board tonight one topic kept coming up several times in discussion about a No Value Chip from somewhere in Nevada. What exactly is a No Value Chip and if it has no value then what exactly is it good for and where can you use it? and are they just available for anyone or do you have to do something to get one?
