I'd love to see your union activist based response to Katie's note. She earned her Masters Degree in Science last year. Tell her why her starting wage as a college chemistry teacher is less than that of an unskilled, uneducated member of a labor union! Is her startinng wage too little? Probably. Is the starting wage for the unskilled, uneducated member of a labor union too much? Absolutely, and not by just a little bit!
