Thanks so much for the info Jim! I can now safely put dates to some of the chips in my collection.
What is amazing though is the order dates you have and my earliest recollection of Caesars chips. I made my first trip to Vegas in the spring of 1974. Funny how I can still remember which chips I picked up personally at the casinos at the time. I remember that the $5 Caesar holding scroll chip was in play at the time as it's the one I brought back with me! It was the one with the 3 blue/3 yellow inserts. That means these chips were only on the tables for about 2 years.....my $500 (unless a back-up) only one year. WOW!
