At the top of The Chipboard index page click on the FAQ. There are directions there. One thing I noticed was that the file you were trying to upload wasn't a .jpg or .gif file.

Give those dirctions on the FAQ page a try. You will probably want the part of the dirctions for those using the space provided by The Chipboard.
