The records show that these chips, which were originally attributed to the Black Diamond Club of Jeffersonville Indiana, were actually ordered By Bill Davis [BD] and shipped to the Biffi Night club in Louisville Kentucky. Bill Davis later played an important role in the Indiana club of Jeffersonville. But that is another story that will soon be told. This was large operation as the yellow chip was reordered four times from July of 1940 through May of 1941. .
