Once the tournament is a qualifier for the TOC (which Gene was nice enough to do), the winner gets the right/chance to pay his $2000 for the TOC. It is a fantastic tournament three-game format of 7-card stud, Holdem, and Omaha H/L. It tests all the different disciplines of the game.
