I just got a phone call from Jim Follis who's in Laughlin on his way to Las Vegas.
Jim informes me that the Regency in Laughlin is closed. The hand written sign out front reads chips can be redeemed Monday thru Friday.
Jim also tells me he inquired on either side as to who was taking over the property, but could get no answers.
