Went over to Clearwater and met some of my fellow Florida Chapter members at the Coin Show today. Very nice to meet everyone and put faces with email addresses! Going through the exhibits one of the Coin people had a box full of chips. He let me dig through them and I ended up buying about 15 chips from him. Nice additions to my collection! I scanned what they looked like before cleaning, and then after. Can anyone tell me a brief history of the Park Place? When did it close? What casino is now in its place? Thanks in advance!
