For those people who are promoting lots of shows you need to keep the dealers in mind. Collectors who attend one or two shows a year spend most of their chipping "allowance" at those shows. Monthly shows will help promote the hobby but I think that it would be at the expense of the promoters and dealers. The collectors may come but if they spent all of their money at "last months show" then the dealers won't be able to afford to keep paying table fees. Remember the law of diminishing returns.
