I'm not able to find any reference to a "Casino Espaņa" in The Gaming Table.
I have a document showing the spelling of the city as "PORT-BOU" - and spelling on a recent map shows "Portbou" on the Costa Brava.
The document is dated Port-Bou 1.° de Julio de 1923, for 100 Pesetas.
Possible gambling casino?
