I too believe it is a great set and offered at a very fair price.

To echo Larry. I feel he is right about the Johnny's bar connection and the closure of RCR. I could not prove it so, I did not mention it in the post. Weaver and RCR did not come before the NGCB after the opening in March. That does not mean NGCB did not ask for the surrender of the license, and Weaver gave it up.

I can tell you, Larry and I had a good time in the hunt. When the lady at the NV State Archives said, no I don't have any old phone books BUT I have the minutes of the NGCB mettings for 1956, You should have seen Larry's eyes double in size. I wasn't excited!!!!!!

I can tell you this, searching through microfische of newspapers without a index file is BORING. That is until Larry found the ad. High 5!!
