Well said. But what can I do.
I announced my show sometimes in February and the September show about the same time.

Now Bill and Janice decided to do a show the same weekend as my show. So that will make it kind of hard and might split some people. But the way I see it will be just in a business way. If someone decides to do Bill's show then it is fine. And their won't be no hard feelings.

The only thing that might affect is one of out rules. If you did our last show you have the first right at your table again. And if you skip a show you loose that right. That is the only penalty which is normal in the Business of promoting shows.

Last show we had almost 900 people attend our show and we did compile a pretty good mailing list. Plus we will send a flyer to every club member. Another thing that we are doing is creating a hall of fame. This will list people and business that support our shows by either running banners on their web sites or mention the show in their newsletter or ebay ads. Every show we are going to create a Special Limited Chip to probably 100 chips that will have the Palace Station logo on them . And we will give them away to our Hall of Fame Members.

As you can see we are already working on a lot of things for our shows. My advertising budget for this show will be about $6000. Which will buy a lot of advertising in local magazines. Also I talked to the Palace Station Marketing and Pr Department and explained the Situation to them . And they assured me they are fully up to the Challenge to make this Chip show a success again. We expect to get a lot of local news coverage like we did during our first show.

I am expecting go get over 1000 people in attendance during our next show. And I think dealers care about attendance.

I am also working on some other surprises for the Superbowl Show. If it all works out there be a lot of FREE CHIPS for the attendees.

Like I said its kind of sad that we have 2 shows the same weekend. But There is nothing I can do . My hands are tight. All I can do is to make this show as good as possible.
