There is a booklet "Caesars Guide to Gaming". I had heard that the chip with that notation on it could be exchanged for one at Caesars, although I don't I know how you got the chip. I hadn't seen any chips combining the Screenplay and Guide to Gaming on one, though. Almost sounds like there were a bunch of these used to set up the hot-stamp machine somewhere.
