I think I got the Excelsior chip from Skip Sesling and he told me it was from Costa Cruise Line or I may have figured it was from Costa since the casino on the Romantica (one of their ships) is called Excelsior. I would not rely on this though as being accurate. Maybe someone else knows for certain.
