Several years ago I was trading with a German National who collected dice. I would send him boxes of American dice, and he would send me German jetons (a word for chips; actually tokens). One day while inspecting his dice with a black light, he passed the light over some chips and noticed the markings. He was the first club member to discover this and tell us about it by writing an interesting article in our club magazine.
