There is a Chapter 113 in Niles, OH. I don't know what the difference between a chapter and a Lodge is but this site lists both.

Unfortunately you can't just plug in a lodge number. It goes by state.

There happens to be a lodge 627 and a chapter 113 in Niles, OH. Maybe there is a Lodge 113 somewhere.

They do have an email address. I would imagine you could email them and get the info.
