I just did it for the first time with my last two posts. I posted by uploading to TCB(The ChipBoard) and attaching the picture to my email. Here is how I recall it.

Go to the first page you see when you call up TheChipBoard.com. At the top of the page there will be a selection for "File Upload" Click that and browse through your computer to find the file you want to attach. Select it and click upload. Your Done. Make note of the address that you are given on the confirmation page and place that into the box under the box where you type your message. The box you want to insert in is "Optional Image URL". Remember to substitute your file name in place of "yourfile.gif" That should do it. If you are posting to your own ISP than put the address to that location in the "Optional Image URL" box.
