I don't know about the "Sam's Club" as that is not on the card.
The chips were sent to Sam April, 690 N. 5th St in Kankakee, in 1972. 4 colors but only 300 total chips. 100 of the blue 500 chip. Other denominations are 50, 100, 1000, no $ on them. Denoms way too big for an illegal.
I have them listed as home game chips.
Would love to hear from anyone with information. Once again a criss cross directory might help.
