According to the Elks Club list, Elks 365 came from Peru, In. Also, though I don't recognize any of them, the diamond-square mold overstamped chips seem to be a recurring theme as I've seen many different varieties of them. My guess is that someone could select overstamps of older chips cheaper than "new" chips for their order. steve g
