I don't think it's been officially named, as far as I know. Wasn't in use when the Herz book was written, and its a foreign mold, not used in Nevada, so not in TCR.

It is a foreign mold, but I don't know the manufacturer. I remember first seeing them on some chips from casinos in Turkey (before casinos outlawed there), prox. 5 years ago.

The inlay is surface-printed or surface-stamped (though that's an awkward term).
