I don't know just exactly how to work this without making a big deal out of it, but I would like to offer any non-resident chipper-member to particapate in the approximate $125,000,000 jackpot being drawn tomorrow night.

Unless someone can send me a better suggestion of how to work this out, I will buy one ticket in everyone's name who responds on this board.
