The Flamingo Hilton in Reno issued a Sammy Davis Jr. (caricature) $5 chip (chipco) as part of their American Superstars series in 1994.

There's also a series of Harrah's $5 millennium chips with Sammy Davis Jr's picture on them. Usually available only in sets of 4 entertainers, but occasionally may be found individually. The Harrah's with SDJr chips are:
