Aren't you over reacting a little bit. You're talking about a span of 10 days. Not really a long time. Perhaps something has caused this person to be away from his computer for an extended period of time. It happens.
Just to set the record stright, I don't know Alexander Stein, nor have I ever done any business with him. If you wanted to contact ebay to get a refund of commissions they would tell you to put in a notice to buyer to pay, then wait 10 days before you could get your credit. It seems ebay doesn't think 10 days is a long time.
