I think that was Dave J.'s site - one that I miss terribly. He is fighting cancer and was unable to maintain the site understandably.

I received a few emails from him awhile back (within the last month I think) and although he is doing as well as to be expected, his chipping has taken a back burner to other priorities.
I know I - among others- sure miss his contribution to ID'ing AC chips though! Archie Black's book should contain the info you are seeking.
