Anyone know how close Benld is to Peru, IL?
There was illegals in Benld.
But
I am trying to tie this chip to The Maples in Peru. The Maples was operated by Frank Gregorich Jr among others in the 40's and 50's. I have other chips used there and have spoken to Frank's son. The Maples is still open today as a restaurant only
Its tough when illegal operators have chips delivered to middlemen.

Here is one of Franks chips used at The Maples in the early 40's. Harp and T mold chips were both distributed by Taylor Co.
