Reminds me of a cute story. Don't know if it's true, or if it's an Urban Legend.

A man ran a red light and was photographed by one of those new cameras. The police sent him the picture, along with the fine of $50.00. The man photographed five $10 bills and mailed it into the police. The police then sent the man a picture of handcuffs. The man paid the bill.
