Rub a little cooking oil (vegetable oil) on the left over glue. It will come right off and not harm the card.

If you don't cook at home, try some WD-40. It also removes the stickies. Personally, though, I'd leave the stickers on the card, some of the senior stickers make the card more collectible as a variation.
