This is probably one of the clubs that was forced by the city fathers to close in Vancouver, WA about 25 years ago. Several of them moved a few miles north to La Center, WA. There is a New Phoenix there now, that probably has some relation to the original Phoenix. Not in Steve G's book on WA chips, and I imagine he is out fighting forest fires right now, but ask again when he is on the BB.
