The red instructional is a unicorn mold made by Chipco in Maine.
I have the complete set.
White $1 - red $5 - green $25.
They intriqued me because they had a $ on a ncv. This would not be allowed in NV.
I asked John Kendall, owner of Chipco, for information. They were sent to Harrahs AC in July 1997.
White - 100 made
Red - 200 made
Green - 300 made.
IMO, you have a real scarce AC chip.
