Yes I do assume everyone has common sense as you do and can interpret that a 95 indicates very little wear. And when we say the chip has very little wear, aren’t we in some form grading the chip? Instead of a numerical number, your using words to grade the chip.
And for the record, I’m not trying to fix any system I’m simply trying to associate a numeric number to a phrase that identifies the wear and tear of a chip instead of stating “very little wear”
