I too have purchased quite a few good PR chips from Miguel.... and Al Rollins. Miguel used to own and operate The Shell Shop in Puerto Rico when I first started collecting Puerto Rico chips many years ago. I've traded a few good PR chips discovered here on the US Mainland to Miguel that I've been unable to replace.
