FYI, the book is listed on Greg's book webpage at:
http://www.chipguide.com/books.htm
(Scroll down about 2/3rds of the way.)
The Herz book (and its predecessor Harvey's guide) was my "bible" in learning many things about chips. Particularly the introductory section about molds and manufacturers. Since the book is copyright 1995, the prices are outdated, and it (obviously) doesn't include chips issued since 1995. However, it does have lots of info + black & white pics of many chips. And I personally prefer the Herz way of describing inserts. For a Nevada collector, I would still recommend spending the $30 on the book, in addition to a copy of TCR. (I also like the C&W book, just ignore the grading pages.)
