I was made aware, in my capacity as Claims Director, of allegations that one dealer was selling remanufactured brass cores chips and passing them off as real. I am in the process of gathering information about this problem.

Anyone who has information about these chips, any dealer selling them and anyone who is making them, please advise me by email. I would prefer that we NOT engage in a discussion on the BB until such time as I have enough factual information to file a report with the board.
