I can't say enough about my "first" convention or possibly thank everyone who impacted it in the ways they did...

I could start by thanking Mel and Lisa Jung for giving me an inside view of the way things are, for the hospitality of Jerry and Janice O'Neal (and my first official matchbook lesson- feature matches, printed matches)- not to mention the armload of stuff I left their home with , the Follis' for hosting our table (where I got to literally rub elbows with Greg Susong.) - Bob Orme, Steve Zacchi and Ralph Meyers for the Harrah's gifts that left me all smiles... and the wisdom of centuries of chippers (combined - ain't none of you 100 years old ) - Jim Perlowski, Bruce L., Dick Brach, Gene, Archie, Dick C, Michael Knapp (who even gave me a "color dedication" in Chipology 201 ) ... and I'll continue next post...
