I like the idea of a cork board with pushpins & a supply of 3x5 cards to write messages.

Maybe even divide the board into sections:
1. Messages to members (i.e. "John Jones, meet me at table xx at 2:00")
2. Wanted to Buy - Chips
3. Wanted to Buy - Tokens
4. Wanted to Buy - Silver Strikes
5. Wanted to Buy - Other Casino stuff

I agree, we shouldn't post "Want to Sell" notes, because that's what the dealer tables are for.
