Yes, the Treasury was located where the San Remo is today. I stayed at the motel across the street from there on Reno for a month back in February, 1980 when I moved here. I played poker at the Treasury just about every day until I moved into the Woodbridge Apartmants which at the time were just down the street from a big vacant lot which was to become the Hotel Continental, now Terribles.
