Just curious.

(1) Do non-cash value chips, like the recent Hard Rock one for CCGTCC convention, have to be approved by the Nevada authorities, like must be done for the value chips?

(2) The Hard Rock NCV chip mentions the CCGTCC by name. Did they/do they have to have the CCGTCC's OK to use the name on the chips?

(3) How do you know that the Hard Rock NCV is limited to 500? Is there any rule saying they couldn't issue more?
