I wasn't questioning your trying to attribute these chips to the Diamond Club in California. I was questioning your 70% proposal and the panel of experts. Anything less than 100% will still cast doubt on the attribution of any gaming chip. We have chips such as the Thunderbird being sold as Nevada chips because people aren't willing to find out for sure what the truth is before proclaiming the chip to be a Nevada chip. When the difference in the value of a chip can be 1000% or more dependent on where it's from, the attribution should be 100%.
