I did not get a HR chip. Why? I did not pre-register. I only stayed 2 days. I feel kind of cheated. I only wish it only cost me $1000 to attend the convention.

I think before feeling bad for those who did not make the convention and therefore did not get a HR chip, feel bad for those that did attend but could not get a HR chip.

Had I been told of the HR in advance, I most certainly would have pre-registered.
