My sister won this playing a 5 cents machine at the Bellagio. The top of the machine had three of these securely attached to the top of the slot machine, advertising that it was a silver strike machine. It paid out nickels like any other slot machine, and silver strikes like the one pictured below(both sides shown) (encased in plastic) when certain reels lined up. She won two. I'd sell this one.
