What a great time I had at the Convention. What a great time I had at the Wednesday night dinner. I got to sit at table #2 (the Perlowski table). The Mayor, Steve Rossi and Bob Stupak were all terrific to stop by and entertain our members. Two new members of our Club's Hall of Fame were announced. The first was Harvey Fuller. Harvey was one of the real pioneers of our hobby. Many chips and much information about early Nevada gambling would not exist without Harvey. He is not well enough to travel to the Convention so the award was accepted by Doug Saito who spoke about Harvey's enormous influence. Doug didn't sit down for long (at table #2) as he was the receipient of the second Hall of Fame award. Doug's newsletter, "Chip Chat", is the way he communicates all his great history of chips, the casinos and their owners.
