Jim, I agree with everything mentioned so far. The big thing is the top end price for buying a quanity of the chips. I would also be leery of that number of these chips in UNC condition. Don't forget the situation with the Binion arrow-die chips!! Haven't heard of hoards of the dice/swirl molds turning up, but that doesn't mean they do not exist. Proceed with caution.
