Hi Allan. Obviously I'm the neophyte here. However, I think the explanatin fits like a glove. Granted there is no proof positive but I think there's enough circumstantial evidence to make an attribution.

I think there should be a panel of experts that vote on such things. I would say that 70% sure is enough. Afterall, otherwise it'll probably be a permanent UFC.
