I was told that there were three (3) chips (2001) that were put on a table, and that all three were permitted to be bought by a chipper. The reason this was done (putting them on the table) was to be consistent with Gaming in that the paperwork submitted to Gaming said that they would be used on the tables. By putting three at a table and then making the decission to not use them any more (and pulling them) it would keep Gaming from probing.
AGAIN, please let me stress. This is the story I got! I am only passing it on. This may or may not have happened.
