You and I are collectors. Not everyone is. Some people get strikes and tokens for only one reason, that being to resell them for a profit.
They are business people trying to make a buck. They could care less if you or I get any.
I'm not saying that it's righ, it's just business to them. I did not get any of the O'Sheas strikes either.
